All bookings must be secured with Pre-Payment, fully refundable on cancellation by phone, email or in person, less a 5% administration fee, up to 48 hours before the time of Pickup.
Upon acceptance of your booking request, you will be sent an email with a secure CreditCard Payment Link (VISA & MasterCard) from our booking partner, BookingSamoa, to confirm and secure your booking. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking may be released.
